I came here for lunch. Great open space, welcoming atmosphere. You order your food off the tablet on your right as you walk in. I ordered the chicken plate. As the food was making it's way to me, I could smell the amazing flavors in the air. The chicken was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The dish came with hummus, yellow rice, Middle Eastern Salad, chili peppers, and sumac onions. I enjoyed everything. I ordered the pita to go with the dish. It tasted fresh and homemade. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying everything on the menu.

Great food and service - thanks Jose! Could use a bathroom sign. Bathrooms are in the building next door. The electronic ordering menu isn't laid out as logically as the paper menu. You might read it to get an idea of what you want before ordering.

I really enjoyed the food here. The restaurant is spacious, modern and clean with a self-service operation. The staffs are kind enough to give recommendations and accommodate us. The true value of the restaurant is of course the food, especially the mezze and hummus. It is thick, creamy, and flavorful. The matzo ball soup is also flavorful with lemon pieces in the soup! It is not bitter or anything at all. My only wish is that it can be a bit cheaper, especially falafel and pita bread. Otherwise, this place would be perfect in any sense. In any event, the food here tastes better than many fancy restaurants so it is definitely worth eating here.

What a find! The food at Bubbelah is amazing. My husband and I ordered the mezze plate, the kachapuri w/ a side of garlic sauce, matzoh ball soup, and two falafel. Everything really is amazing, but what stood out for me were the labneh, kachapuri, and falafel. The labneh was next level with just something extra. We were able to chat with the chef and he explained that everything was made in house, with attention to detail; it absolutely shows. The kachapuri uses the pizza dough from Che Fico and has huge crispy dough pockets and a nice char on the bottom. The falafel is unreal. So soft and light and perfectly fried. It's a beautiful bright green inside but doesn't taste like you've just put your face in lawn-mower clippings. The balance is spot on. Do yourself a favor and go to Bubbelah! Enjoy!

The food is amazing! It was everything I love from my childhood, combined with my long years eating Mediterranean food, just taken to a different level. The humble matzo ball soup is elevated to a different level, it’s so incredibly complex and full of flavor! Falafel is one of the best ever. It’s light, fluffy, crispy on the outside, you cannot have just 2. Hachapuri might seem foreign to the menu since it’s more Georgian, but when you talk to the chef and learn the story-it makes perfect sense. Given the Che Fico “obsession” with dough-it’s no wonder it’s different from the classic version, but perfect in its own way. Humus is creamy and lemony, grilled white fish buttery and sweet. So many more menu items to go through! I will be back often to taste them all. And do not miss the gelato. It’s a bomb.

The food here was delicious and I will absolutely be coming back. Apparently this place opened 8 weeks ago, and I'm glad I finally found out about it. The matzo ball soup was very rich and has the dill herb flavor, with a good texture for the matzo ball. The pita wraps - both chicken and falafel - were also really tasty. They had a great mix of freshly chopped vegetables, pickles, protein, and seasoning. I would be interested in dining in next time since the interior looks so good.

I didn’t expect this level of quality from a casual spot, but Bubbelah genuinely surprised me. The food felt one step away from Michelin-level execution. Every dish was incredibly well balanced, both visually and in flavor. The hummus was silky, rich, and perfectly seasoned, easily one of the best I’ve had outside the Middle East. You can tell they care about texture and detail, not just ingredients. The mains were just as impressive. Everything tasted clean, intentional, and elevated without trying too hard. Portions were generous, but still refined, not heavy. What stood out most is consistency across the board. Nothing felt like filler. Every plate had purpose, which is rare even in more expensive places. If this place were in a different setting with a more formal presentation, it would absolutely be in the Michelin conversation. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back.

No BS...after only one experience, I'm already dreaming of just how soon I can get back to order another D-licious Falafel pita. Fresh baked pita that does not fall apart as you eat it & absolutely stuffed with crispy chickpea balls in every bite (the even build is key)...plus tahini, veggies, sauces. Inspired Jewish/Middle Eastern food done oh so right by Mr Che Fico himself David Nayfeld. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients make this spot so tasty. Must try: falafel, Khachapuri, hummus, Baba Ganoush This hidden gem in Menlo Park is a must try! Do not sleep on this friends. The only way establishments like this stick around is if YOU patronize them and give them a chance!

The food and service was absolutely top notch! This was my first time going to a Jewish restaurant and it did NOT disappoint. I’ve always wanted to try the matzah ball soup, and it was very herbal, comforting, and tasty. The chopped salad was also quite good. The chef came out and personally asked everyone how they liked their food. They also sell soups and gelato to-go!
